Who is Apex Closer for?

Why is the first mock interview free?
Because it runs on the ChatGPT plan you already pay for. Your ChatGPT runs the AI interviewer's voice and your review, so Apex doesn't charge for the first one.
Which ChatGPT plans work?
You need a paid ChatGPT plan with voice. ChatGPT Free and Go don't work. A paid plan name alone doesn't guarantee access, so Apex checks your connection before the interview. Work or school accounts may need an admin to allow it.
Is signing in with Google the same as connecting ChatGPT?
No. Google is your Apex account and keeps your interviews and reviews. Connecting ChatGPT runs the interviewer's voice and your review. They can be different accounts, and you approve ChatGPT on OpenAI's own page.
Do I need ChatGPT?
Only for the free mock interview and the Connected plan. Complete includes the AI interviewer's voice and reviews, so you don't need ChatGPT.
How much does it cost?
Your first mock interview is free with a paid ChatGPT plan. After that, choose Connected at $79/month, which uses your own ChatGPT, or Complete at $119/month with voice included: 240 voice minutes and 24 reviews per paid month. Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel.
Is Complete better than Connected?
No. Both run the same interviews and reviews. Complete includes the voice, so there's no ChatGPT to connect. It comes with 240 voice minutes and 24 reviews per paid month.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel renewal any time from Account. You keep access to the end of the month you paid for, and your reviews stay saved.
Is there an affiliate program?
Customers with purchased access and invited beta testers can claim a handle on the Affiliates page. Earn 30% on qualifying first purchases after discounts, excluding tax. Commission requires a 30-day hold and approval; payments are monthly and manual.
Is Apex Closer a job board or commission marketplace?
No. Apex Closer (apexcloser.app) is interview practice software. It does not place closers in jobs or recruit closers for commission-based offers, and it is not connected with similarly named websites.
